Overview

Part-time retail associate position at Torreon Golf Club supporting a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization. The role is seasonal and intended to last 6 months or less. The position focuses on assisting guests in the retail facility and supporting golf club retail operations.

Experience Required

• High school diploma or GED; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer skills such as Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office including Excel are required
• Ability to multitask - answer phones, greet members, answer questions, and place orders

Essential Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests upon entrance into retail facility
• Assist guests by selling merchandise and providing information in a professional manner
• Assist with monthly/quarterly physical inventories
• Process and record sales transactions; maintain accountability for all sales and money transactions made
• Assist with rotating stock, keeping displays clean and orderly, and creating appealing displays
