Tiffany and Company U.S. Sales, LLC seeks Director, Retail Excellence in Coral Gables, FL + 40% domestic & international travel to collaborate with corporate, in country retail leaders, and store leadership teams to improve retail performance and retail excellence. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business or a related field plus three (3) years of experience as a Sales Manager or related occupation. Must have experience with: US and LATAM markets; retail management of luxury stores; retail performance, learning, and operations; client relations management; trade markets; franchise network supervision; fine and high jewelry; customer insights; inventory and merchandising management; market insight reporting; and developing cost-effective marketing roadmaps.
