What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a motivated, professional and independent Account Manager. Based in Warsaw, you'll be the primary point of contact for some of our important accounts located in Poland.
You'll be acting as a consultant for your clients, helping them solve complex operational problems using Zebra's full portfolio of technology. You'll need to be comfortable navigating large organisations, talking to senior decision-makers, and building technical solutions that actually make sense for their bottom line.
Due to the nature of the role and the high level of travel across Poland you must hold a driving license and be ready to travel for about 50% of your working time. The role is hybrid, and for a couple of days a week, you will be working from our office in Warsaw (137 Jutrzenki St., Oxygen Park A, 02-231 Warsaw)
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts (mostly retail), proactively developing and executing sales strategies
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers. Act as a dedicated resource by leveraging your knowledge of the retail industry, customer financials, and business drivers
- Solve business problems by coordinating multi-faceted, technical solutions. You will lead problem resolution, identify the right internal and external resources, and create contingency plans
- Create and deliver sales presentations and value propositions. You will handle high-value deals that are often technically and financially complex
- Take responsibility for your revenue and margins, managing everything from mid-sized projects to large-scale, multi-country rollouts
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of applicable B2B sales or account management experience, preferably within the retail technology space
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- You must be fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
- A proven ability to adapt advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs and create true customer partnerships
- Advanced domain and solutions knowledge, with the ability to use technical expertise as a competitive advantage
- A strong understanding of financial drivers and the ability to present complex solutions that meet customer needs and outpace the competition

Base salary range: 8,166 - 12,916 PLN per month, plus on-target commission (60/40).
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 67% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
