Job Description

• Provide comprehensive report and information to business and Group effectively, timely and accurately.
• Communicate with business in timely manner, and provide sufficient information for business to make decision.
• P repare working file for budget and forecast, i.e.: Load Template, NII and EL Budget input file.
• P repare EA/MJ adjustment for MO and EL, prepare impairment tracking for monitoring purpose.
• R eview campaign projection from Business , provide analytics support to business , prepare and highlight financial opportunities and risks analysis on monthly basis.
• I mprove analysis skill and gather piecemeal information in order to provide a more comprehensive analysis and information for Business decision making purpose.
• C ommunicate effectively with business in timely manner and provide sufficient as well as useful information to business.
• R evert query from Business promptly.
• E xploring other area of business financial for more comprehensive analysis, for e.g.: spend more time to understand and involve in meeting to discuss on lending's impairment, understand more on product's cost structure.
• G ather all information to have overall view which is useful to provide analysis support to business for decision making purpose.
• S trategise and communication skill - able to provided value added finance advise to business and help business to achieve business objective. Also, improve upwards management - i.e.: manage senior management independently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CFA) are highly preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in banking finance, preferably within Retail Banking.
• Strong understanding of r etail loan products including mortgage, personal loan, and credit card.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities and solid analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities to influence decision-making.
• High attention to detail with the ability to think strategically.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
