Description
Growing and dynamic retail financial services digital platform seeks a Head of Compliance to lead its regulatory compliance team. Reporting to the SMF 16/17, this is a true people leadership role responsible for management grade and indirect junior reports, driving the team in delivering first class compliance advice to the business and assurance. The successful candidate will engage with senior level stakeholders, providing support in their endeavours to develop and launch new products. Furthermore, the job holder will play a lead role in FCA interaction.
