The Group Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our lending products, ensuring a seamless customer journey and optimal performance. They will collaborate with various teams to design innovative, compliant, and customer-centric loan solutions, contributing to the overall growth and success of MashreqBank Egypt.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle for personal loans, auto loans, and overdrafts, including strategy, development, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with risk, operations, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with the digital squad to enhance the digital journey and improve the overall customer experience.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and develop competitive loan products.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and alignment across departments.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas of improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on lending or financial services.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end product ownership and driving sustainable growth.
• Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian financial market and regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
