• Oversee daily operations of the pro shop, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members.
• Provide outstanding customer service, fostering positive relationships with members and guests.
• Manage inventory, including purchasing, merchandising, and stock control of apparel, and accessories.
• Supervise, train, and motivate pro shop staff to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Coordinate closely with the golf professional team to support tournaments, events, and lessons.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the shop.
• Report directly to the Head Golf Professional.
