Description

Responsibilities :

- Partnering in the implementation of product strategy whilst advising on financial performance and profitability

- Conduct in depth analysis of client segmentation, make recommendations and identify new opportunities to increase and maximise revenue

- Formulate new strategies with product partners

- Partner with business and finance teams to evaluate financial performance

- Assist senior management in the production of monthly and annual presentation packages to deliver insights on business performance

- Compile and analyze monthly reporting to include business metrics, results and P&L variances against projections

Prerequisites for role:

- 12 years+ post-qualified experience within a professional services company with strong financial planning and analysis and cost management experience

- You will be someone who loves creative problem solving and is comfortable challenging the status quo and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- In depth understanding of deposits, mortgages and balance sheet products

- Previous experience working for a Fintech or high growth start up would be highly regarded

- Qualified accountant preferred - CPA, ACCA, CA
