We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function of our education business. - Providing clear and concise financial reports to the board of directors.
- Implementing and maintaining robust financial systems and controls.
- Driving process improvements and automation across finance functions.
- Driving initiatives to improve cost efficiency and profitability in the retail sector
- Develop financial models and business cases to support expansion and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term business strategy and growth plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.

A successful Chief Financial Officer should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly valued.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management within the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mind-set as this is expected from a CFO level-candidate.
