Required License/Registration/CertificationLicensed PharmacistPhysical RequirementsMust be able to stand or sit for more than 5 hours at a time. Must be able to reach above or below shoulder level. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be capable of performing tasks that involve repetitive motion.ShiftMust be available to work full-time primarily during the hours of Monday thru Friday 7am-9pm and weekends 7am-6pm. Hours, location, and shifts subject to change based on the needs of the department.Job SummaryChandler Hospital's Retail Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to assist in managing the pharmaceutical care workload. This position will compound and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written orders from physicians. In addition, this position will review and interpret prescriptions and drug profiles to ensure appropriate drug therapy has been prescribed and ensures that drug interactions.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThis position requires attention to detail; the ability to provide excellent customer service; reliability; punctuality; teamwork; and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
